PRISON MINISTRY:

A MISSION OF FREEING SPIRITS

Angie Saccaro Ministries is proud of the work and worship that its volunteers and participants have placed into our Prison Ministry. The Ministry began after Angie was given the desire by God to take her gifts of healing and worship outside the brick and mortar house of praise, it wasn't long until her desire was matched with many other faith filled souls.

The Prison Ministry partnered with the Milwaukee Secure Detention Center in 2017 and have received a spectacular response. The Chaplin has called it “ the most impactful program”, along with inmates expressing their true connections with the Holy Spirit. The Covid-19 Pandemic brought many changes to the ministry. We were not allowed to enter the correctional facility for over a year, but during that time we sent in over 60 newly written Bible studies to five WI facilities, held care package drives for the staff at MSDF twice, held Bible and Christian book drives and prayed weekly as a team. Since the facilities re-opened for volunteers in July 2021, God has expanded our reach to four facilities: MSDF, Taycheedah Correctional, REECC, and Racine Correctional. It is our goal to spread the gospel, create connection with a transforming God, and provide hope to inmates

during their time of reform.

There are many ways to get involved:

  • Volunteer weekly, monthly, few times a year

  • Penpal for a current inmate

  • 1-1 mentor for a current inmate (Zoom calls)

  • Prayer Team

  • Financial Support
